T minus 52 days and counting

yep, this is just about right before things went sour
I have 52 days to "rekindle" my friendship with my roommate--before we go on spring break to Key West together...or it will be a long, dreadful vacation from hell. I'll rewind a bit:
We've been best friends for three years now since the dorms. Never any fights and always had a good time. I've know her brother, Chris, since I knew her also. This summer, I was the first of my friends to turn 21. When I needed somebody to go out to the bars with, my roommate suggested calling Chris. I did, and we had a great time. After that night we continued seeing each other and bar nights quickly turned into movies and jogs. I told my roommate I was interested in Chris and she became very excited at this prospect and began talking about our "future wedding." She said we were perfect for each other, and she couldn't have been more right. We began dating in October. After a few weeks, I could tell something was different with her--more distant.
One night when she'd been drinking she began saying things like "why are you here? Don't you have somewhere better to be?" I ignored it for awhile but then she began arguing and shouting at me saying I was choosing Chris over her. And there you have it. Our first fight--over her brother.
Since then, things have been going downhill very fast. We can't even be in the same room together alone. I don't want this to ruin our friendship, but I'm not about to break up with Chris over it. Mission: can we still be friends?
